The Board has directed that all its renewing licensees take this exam once every four years, beginning with license renewals in 2011. The Board will keep track of the results and will advise the licensee when the four years have elapsed. Exam instructions: Below enter your first name, last name, license number and date of birth. Upon verifing the information you will be directed to the exam itself. The exam is open book. You may leave the exam at any time. However, the exam can only be submitted for scoring once. Once the submit buttom is clicked on the exam page you will not be allowed to take the exam again. Upon completion of the exam you will be notified of the results.
