SUMMARY: This chapter describes the requirements established by the Board for the licensing and registration of medical doctors, including the requirements for continuing medical education for reregistration. It also contains rules pertaining to denial of licensure, the conduct of hearings, the supervision/delegation of medical services and of prescribing privileges to physician extenders.
