10. Storage of Records and Documents
Permanent records and documents pertaining to medical licensure are considered confidential in nature and will be stored in maximum security files. Records and documents which need a higher degree of safe-guarding than is afforded at the office of the Secretary of the Board will be transferred to the Maine State Archives at Augusta.
