SUMMARY: Chapter 3 sets forth rules governing physicians' supervision and delegation of medical activities to physician extenders. This revision of chapter 3 deletes all references to Family Planning and Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinics. Chapter 2 sets forth rules for physician assistants and describes the supervisory relationship between supervising physicians and physician assistants.
