4. SANCTIONS
Any physician licensed by the Board who is determined to have violated Section 3 shall be deemed to have violated 32 M.R.S.A. 3282 -A and shall be subject to disciplinary action by the Board. The Board may terminate, for cause, a physician from acting as a secondary or primary supervising physician or teaching supervising physician in accordance with due process.
