9. IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CHAPTER
Supervising physicians who supervise physician extenders under prior versions of these rules may continue to practice under previously specified supervisory arrangements far a period not to exceed one year from the date of enactment of this rule, or until changes or additions to the supervisory arrangements are made, whichever comes first.

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 8, 1988
REPEALED AND REPLACED: November 1, 1994
