Chapter 4 LICENSURE STATUTE CLARIFICATIONS

• SECTION 1: CONSTRUCTION OF 32 M.R.S.A. SECTION 3271(2)
  • 1. Criteria for Determining Whether an Accrediting Body is an Equivalent of the Accrediting Bodies Specifically Enumerated in SECTION 3271(2).

Chapter 22: Medical Liability Demonstration Project (the "Project")- Emergency Medicine Specialty Practice Parameters and Risk Management Protocols.
